We ship from Canada. We have on occasion experienced longer than usual shipping times when dealing with borders and customs. We appreciate your patience, understanding and support. Your package is on the way.

To our American customers: shipping, tariffs and the border are changing regularly under the current administration. We cannot be held responsible if there is some sudden change to policy and/or tariffs which affects the time and cost it takes to deliver your package once we have shipped it.

We are not responsible for lost packages due to postal errors or buyers providing incorrect shipping addresses.
